Implementation Plan

Based on the audits findings and customer decisions we install the required elements. Wherever applicable, we install advanced energy sources’ monitoring devices and connect them with our 24*7 control center and monitoring software for continuous monitoring. Based on long term findings of the monitoring service we often propose further changes on the current energy infrastructure set-up.

Energy Saving Contracts

We maintain the system to ensure energy savings. The savings in energy costs is often used to pay back the capital investment of the project over a five- to twenty-year period, or reinvested into the building to allow for capital upgrades that may otherwise be unfeasible.
